A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
In July and August rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday - Minimum stay 7 days - All other periods are on free arrival day and duration.
A fully-refundable security deposit of € 150 per apartment is payable in CASH upon arrival.
Check–in: between 3 pm and 6 pm.
Check–out: between 8:30 am and 10 am.
