Terms and Conditions

The rates listed apply to typical stays of one week (7 nights) and include all the services mentioned in the details below.

However, throughout the year – except for the months of July and August – shorter stays are possible

Weekly rates include:

• Electricity water, gas,heating;
• Final cleanings;
• Use of the swimming-pool (13.5 x 5), sun lounges, umbrellas and large pergola overlook the entire valley (open from May to September);
• California Hot Tub free to guests  (open from May to September);
• free WI-FI internet connection;
• set of bath towels and bed linens;
• Room drop in your apartment;
• A extensive house brochure Including – Suggested Weekly Itinerary – surrounding points of interest and the best days to visit;
• Fully equipped Barbeque area
• Outdoor furniture, including dining table and chairs
• Parking area

Rates do not include:

• breakfast on days following day of arrival (on request, we provide a rich and delicious basket of products to prepare your breakfast)
• extra changing of towels or bed linens- on request;
• extra house cleaning – on request;
• extra bed -on request;
• crib – on request

Terms and Conditions:

• A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• In July and August rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday- All other periods are on free arrival day and duration.
• A fully-refundable security deposit of € 150 per apartment  is payable in CASH upon arrival.
• Check – in: between 3 pm and 6 pm.
• Check – out: between 8:30 am and 10 am. Variations of these terms and conditions are possible on request

Pets are welcome (subject to availability) –  extra cost 6€ per day.
